Luke Aikins Falls Jumps 25,000 ft With No Parachute

I think Luke Aikins may just have pulled off the greatest stunt in history with this amazing leap of 25,000 feet. Launching himself from his airplane, Aikins had no parachute to rely on, just his experience of 18,000 jumps and two months of special training. With special lights guiding him to his 100ft by 100ft net target (red lights to tell him he's off target, white that he's on target) and special beeps in his ear to help him find the net, his stunt in the California desert transfixed a live TV audience and won him a place in the record books. Watching his fall is compelling viewing, and will give you a great thrill and joy when you see him safely land - to the terrific relief of his wife and young son.
