The Reason Why We Sulk and How Not To

Sulking occurs when someone is annoyed or upset about something and closes themselves off from other people, remaining sullen or silent for a long period of time. For the other person this situation can be very stressful too. They are not sure what they have done wrong and no resolution appears in sight. This causes a lot of bad blood in otherwise sensitive and strong relationships. Why does this always seem to happen, and what can we do to prevent it? These are the two questions tackled in this excellent video. I really believe if people grasped the following message there were be fewer broken relationships and more happiness in the world:
