Alzheimer's is a terrible illness, taking away from us that we hold most dear - our mind, our body and in the end - our selves. In its advanced stages, many Alzheimer patients lose the ability to speak, or rarely do so. This man has stopped talking almost altogether... except when his dog is around. Once again, the presence of animals in our lives brings benefit and comfort, and this video is a testament to exactly that.
