Rabbit show jumping (also known as rabbit hopping) is a competition in which trained domestic rabbits leap over appropriately sized obstacles. The activity began in the late 1970s in Sweden (where it is known as Kaninhoppning). It was popularized in the United Kingdom as well, and in Scandinavia there are no less than 50 such rabbit hopping clubs. Don't think they are unhappy, they are outside in the sun doing something they are superbly adapted to doing, getting excersize like this is much better for a bunny than sitting inside.
