It turns out that sometimes - It's not the deed you do, it's the way you look while you are doing it. This social experiment took three 'bike thieves', sawing at a bike chain in the middle of the public park. Each was different, one was a white male, the second a black male, and the third a pretty white woman. All carrying out the same theft - but with very different reactions from the surrounding people...
