5 Pressure Points to Control Your Hunger

In alternative medicine, pressure points are used to heal the body and treat various issues and pains by improving the flow of energy throughout the body. This point is located about a thumb's distance from the elbow joint crease towards the forearm, on the outer side of the forearm. Press on it with your thumb for one minute, once a day on both arms. To locate this point, place a hand above the ankle on the inner side of the leg, and you will find it at a distance of 5 fingers from it towards the knee. It is recommended that pregnant women avoid using this pressure point.
