There's no way something this eacy to make can taste THIS good, and not have any added sugars! This light mousse could also easily become vegan if you swap the heavy cream for canned coconut milk. Easy peasy.

Method of preparing the mousse:

Combine the date honey with the tahini and 2 tbsp heavy cream. Beat the remaining cream with a mixer in another bowl.

Combine the 2 mixtures, divide into serving cups and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

You can garnish with some halva if you have access to it.
