Tuna mini wraps look quite fancy and taste great too, but they're actually incredibly easy to make and require only 5 simple ingredients. Save this recipe, as these yummy and cute mini wraps make an excellent breakfast, lunch, or appetizer.
Prep Time
1 hour and 20 minutes
Method of Preparation:
-
Combine the tune with the cream cheese, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
-
Spread a quarter of the tuna mixture onto each tortilla, followed by a quarter of the chopped parsley and about 1 cubed boiled egg.
-
Starting at the end closest to you, roll the tortilla away from yourself into a spiral. The roll should be firm, but not so firm that the filling is spilling out from the sides. Wrap the roll in aluminum foil and place in the fridge.
-
Repeat the last two steps with the remaining 3 tortillas.
-
Chill the tuna tortillas for at least 1 hour.
-
Remove from the fridge and cut the tortillas into 1-inch thick slices with an extra sharp knife. Serve immediately, or keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
