Ingredients for Sweet Potato-Stuffed Avocado:
Sweet potato - 1/2 (chopped)
Ground cumin - to taste
Avocado - 1/2
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt and Pepper - to taste
Dill - for garnish
Method of preparing the Sweet Potato-Stuffed Avocado:
  1. Cut the sweet potato into bite-size pieces and cook on high heat with some olive oil and cumin. Once soft and cooked, stuff them in the halved avocado and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
  2. Optional: garnish with dill to serve.
Chef's Tip:
Add a steak-seasoning mix to enhance flavors.
