This soup is one of those homemade remedies to treat all ailments, kind of like a classic chicken soup, but vegetarian. We don't recommend making it in large batched as it won't last very long in the fridge.

Method of preparing the healing soup:

Tie the herbs in a cheesecloth and place in a pot with the salt, water and vegetable stock.

Boil everything, lower flame to medium, add the garlic, and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the cheesecloth.

In a small bowl, mix the egg yolks with the cheese and add 4 tbsp from the liquid in the pot. Pour everything into the pot.

Remove from the flame and stir for a minute. Fix the seasoning, top with olive oil and serve.
