Method of preparing the soup:

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and sauté for 3 minutes.

Add water and broth, then bring to a boil. Add chicken and pasta. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done.

Remove from heat, and stir the remaining ingredients in. Allow the soup to stand 5 minutes. Discard lemongrass and serve.
