If you cannot get enough of nachos, but are looking for a sweeter version, this easy idea is a great alternative. This is a no-bake recipe, but the apples are just as crunchy as they can get when you buy them fresh!

Method of preparing the apple nachos:

Slice 3 apples into multiple pieces, making sure that the pieces are of sufficient size or are easy to pick up.

Place the slices onto a serving tray. Brush the apple pieces with lemon juice.

Then, microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds. Pour the melted peanut butter across the slices.

Sprinkle the flaked coconut, sliced almonds, pecans and chocolate chips over the apple slices.

Finally, pour the caramel ice cream topping over the apple slices.
Chef's Tip:
You can add some raisins as toppings
