4-Ingredient No Bake Date Snack

I don’t think there’s anyone who doesn’t snack in between meals, and this urge for something sweet or salty almost always causes us to "sin" and eat unhealthily. Therefore, if you can’t resist and need a delicious energizing snack during the day, make sure you’re having one chock full of healthy ingredients, like the one below!

Ingredients for 3-Ingredient Date Snack:
Almonds - 1 cup
Walnuts - 1 cup
Cherries - 1 cup (or any other dry fruit)
Dates - 1 cup (12-5 pieces)
Method of preparing the 3-Ingredient Date Snack:
  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor, and process in light pulses until the dates are crushed. (Make sure the almonds are lightly diced and well mixed in with the dried dates and fruits). Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll the mixture out on parchment and form it into an 8x8 inch rectangle. Alternatively, press it into a lined 8x8 dish.
  3. Wrap and chill again for 1 hour or overnight. Cut into bars and serve.
Chef's Tip:
This will last 2 weeks in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
