Method of preparing the Chicken:

Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.

Combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and mix.

Place crushed corn flakes in a large shallow bowl and dredge the chicken in it to coat.
