Three Cheese Fondue

The heavenly fondue we all crave for - a mixture of tasty melted cheeses you can satisfyingly indulge in with some fresh bread dippers.

Ingredients for Three Cheese Fondue:
Havarti cheese - 1 cup (shredded)
Cheddar cheese - 1 cup (shredded)
American cheese - 1 cup (shredded)
All-purpose flour - 3 tbsp.
Dry white wine - 1 cup
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp.
French bread - 6 cups (cut into cubes)
Method of preparing the Three Cheese Fondue:
  1. Place flour and cheeses in a medium bowl to mix. In a 2-quart saucepan, pour the wine and cook over medium heat until well-heated.
  2. Important: do not boil the wine.
  3. Add the cheese mixture (from step 1), 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until melted. Stir in the garlic powder.
  4. Pour the mixture into the fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with bread cubes.
