Method of preparing the Roasted Turkey Sandwich:

Mix mayonnaise, basil, and garlic powder, into a small bowl. Spread the mix on 4 slices of the sourdough bread.

Add the spinach, turkey, and bell peppers to the 4 slices of the bread. Put the other 4 remaining slices of bread on top of the 4 that have been mixed, and voila!
