The next salad is an excellent dish for those who don’t see a reason to wait for the main course to have some meat. The chicken will give your guests a juicy and appetizing opening to the meal, without filling them too much.
Method of preparing the salad:

Boil the celery in salted water for about 5 minutes until softened. Drain and allow the celery strips to cool.

In a bowl, combine the chicken strips, the celery strips and the onion. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the salad, mix well and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Chef's Tip:
You can garnish with 2 slices of fresh cherry tomatoes, as shown in the photo.
