Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, using your hands, and then form 12 small even balls.

Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet placed over medium-high heat and add the meatballs next to each other, without overlapping. Cook until browned all over.

Transfer the meatballs to a plate lined with a paper towel, and place them on a stick (1 to 2 pieces on a stick).

Serve alongside some sauce. Suggestion: Sweet and sour chili sauce.
