Method of preparing the Microwave Quiche:

Beat the egg and milk in a mug. Season with salt and pepper for taste.

Tear your bread into 1-inch pieces and mix these in. Add in the cream cheese and stir.

Cut prosciutto into pieces and add to the mixture. Sprinkle with thyme.

Microwave on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds.

Garnish with mustard and chives.
