Heat a small skillet over medium heat and add butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients in the pan until the butter is completely melted.

Remove the pan from the flame, transfer the mixture to a bowl and set it aside to cool.

After the mixture has cooled, pour it over the bread cubes in a new bowl and mix well.
