Don't wait until grilling season to enjoy the perfect pork chops. You can actually enjoy them for dinner on any weeknight. This super easy recipe will teach you to prepare delicious garlic and rosemary pork chops in the oven in around half an hour.
Season each pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides.
Mix together the melted butter, garlic, and rosemary in a bowl.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe frying pan on medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops until they're golden brown on each side. This will take around 4 minutes.
Remove the pork chops from the heat and brush each pork chop with plenty of garlic butter.
Transfer the frying pan to the oven and continue cooking the pork chops until cooked to your desired readiness. For medium, it will take around 10 minutes (the internal temperature should be around 145°F/63°C).
Brush the pork chops with more garlic butter before serving. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon wedges.
