What an awesome and creative way to serve your pizzas! These delights will not only look gorgeous on your dinner table but will also feel good in your tummy. You can either keep or skip on the skewers, but we think the kids will love them.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut out 2 1/2 inch circles using a cookie cutter.
Insert a stick about halfway through each dough circle and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Add any desired topping, such as tomato paste, tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, ricotta cheese, and fresh basil. You can use any topping of your choice. We used cheese, tomatoes, and basil.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, until crust toppings start to brown.
Chef's Tip:
If you don't have a round cookie-cutter, using a glass is just as fine.
