If you love your cheese, you know that burrata cheese is considered to be the “queen of cheese”, and has a wonderful and juicy texture. It can be a great replacement for mozzarella if you want to enjoy a real treat. We suggest our recipe for pizza dough instead of the store-bought option.
Method of preparing the pizza:
-
Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C). Flatten the dough on a floured surface into a circular shape.
-
Brush the dough with a teaspoon of olive oil and place large slices of mozzarella/burrata on top.
-
Spread the corn, peach slices, and cherry tomatoes, and finally top with parmesan cheese.
-
Bake for 8-12 minutes, until the dough is golden, and the cheese fully melts.
-
Top with basil leaves and let cool for 3 minutes before serving.
Chef's Tip:
What will make or break this peach-pizza is the cheese you use. While you can use mozzarella, we strongly recommend burrata cheese.
