When you think about it, pasta in and of itself is pretty neutral. It soaks up whichever flavor you cook it in, then why not try something sweet? We think mango is a great choice because it pairs well with the cream.

Insert all ingredients apart from the pasta into a food processor, and pulse until smooth.

Cook the pasta in boiling water with 1 tsp sugar.

Drain the pasta, transfer to a bowl and toss in the sauce. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
