Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch cubes. In a small saucepan, add the gochujang, vegetable broth, and water. Whisk properly, making sure that the gochujang is dissolved.

Add the cubed tofu to the pot and place a lid on top. Bring it up to a boil over high heat. As it begins to boil, add the instant ramen noodles.
