In a coffee cup, beat an egg and milk with a fork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for taste.

Add in the cheddar and stir to coat.

Break 4 tortilla chips into small pieces and stir into the mix. Add the salsa.

Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.

Garnish with a tortilla chip, sour cream, queso fresco, and chopped green onion.
