Ingredients for Avocado Egg Sandwich:
Eggs - 6 (hard boiled, peeled)
Avocado - 2 (large)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Greek Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Walnuts - 1/2 cup (crushed)
Red pepper flakes - 1/2 tsp.
Salt and Pepper - to taste
Method of preparing the Avocado Egg Sandwich:
  1. Mash the eggs with the peeled avocados in a mixing bowl. Mix in the lemon juice and plain yogurt. Next, add the walnuts, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix properly so that everything is combined. Serve fresh.
