I wasn't a big fan of salmon until I discovered this recipe. Now, I can't have enough of it. This glazed salmon recipe requires only four ingredients and can be prepared in less than half an hour. It's super yummy and makes for a delightful main dish.
Line a baking pan with foil and then grease it. Add the brown sugar, pineapple juice, and soy sauce to a small bowl. Place the salmon skin-side down on the pan. Spoon the sauce mixture over the fish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes. Keep basting frequently with pan juices. Once the fish flakes easily with a fork, it's done. Serve immediately.
