Place the tilapia in an ungreased 13x9-in baking dish. Next combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt in a small bowl. Pour the mixture pour over the fillets. Sprinkle with capers, oregano and paprika.
Bake uncovered at 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) for 10-15 minutes. You will know it's done when the flesh turns white and begins to easily flake with a fork. Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip:
Serve it with asparagus, green beans, and rice pilaf.ย This recipe will work on any white fresh water fish.
