Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients for Garlic Butter Shrimp:
Shrimp - 1 oz. (deveined)
Garlic - 3 cloves
Kosher salt - 1/2 tsp.
Butter - 1/3 stick
Method of preparing the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
  1. Thaw the shrimp if frozen. Then mince the garlic. Next, pat the shrimp dry.
  2. Mix the shrimp with the garlic and salt in a medium bowl. Then, heat the butter on medium high heat in a large skillet.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Keep turning them with tongs and stop once they are opaque and cooked through.
  4. Spritz with juice of the lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip:
Make sure you don't end up overcooking the shrimp or it may turn tough and rubbery. Pay close attention while youโ€™re cooking the shrimp and remove it from the heat at just the right time.
