Method of preparing the Watermelon Lemonade:

Chop the watermelon and place it in a blender. Blend until it turns into a smooth liquid. Strain the liquid using a mesh sieve back into the blender.

Add the lemon juice, sugar and ice to the liquid and blend again for about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with watermelon and lemon slices or with fresh mint.
