In a food processor, blend the cherries, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of yogurt until the mixture is smooth.

Move the mixture into a container. Blend the other 1/2 cup of yogurt with the honey and lightly drizzle it on top of the cherry mixture. Freeze for 4 hours before serving.
Chef's Tip:
You can pour the mixture into popsicle molds too, or enjoy it unfrozen as a morning smoothie.
