Strawberry Shortcake Popsicle

How can you not love this strawberry shortcake popsicle? It's easy to make and is full of fresh strawberries. Plus, the middle layer is full of buttery shortbread pieces. The macadamia nuts only enhance the flavor of the dessert. This is one popsicle that you can devour at one go.

Strawberry Shortcake Popsicle

Ingredients for Strawberry Shortcake Popsicle:

Strawberry - 6 cups

Vanilla Yogurt - 3 cups

Macadamia nuts - 1 cup (chopped )

Method of preparing the Strawberry Shortcake Popsicle:

Blend strawberries in a food processor.
Layer yogurt and strawberry puree in popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Remove from the popsicle molds and roll the popsicles in macadamia nuts.
