There's no fruit snack I enjoy more than a handful of strawberries. Unfortunately, they do not last incredibly long, so in the short time that they are available, I make it a point to head down to the farmer's market, buy a batch of fresh produce and use them in any way I can. Here are 4 incredibly easy and nifty ways to enjoy a handful of strawberries.

Method of preparing the strawberry mix plate:

Cut the top off 8 strawberries and carve the insides away. Fill them with chocolate sauce and arrange in an egg carton so that it won't spill. Chill in the fridge.

Cut the top off another 8 strawberries and dip each of them in yogurt. Stick a toothpick in each and freeze on a parchment-lined tray.

Cut the top off the third batch of 8 strawberries and carve the insides away. Fill with whipped cream and chill in the fridge.

Dip the remaining 8 strawberries in chocolate sauce, fill the center with cream and sprinkle some biscuit crumbs on top. Chill in the fridge, in a parchment-lined egg carton.

Everything will need 2 hours chilling. To serve, arrange them all on a plate and garnish with mint and blueberries.
