Salty Caramel Ice Cream

A bowl of this delight is heavenly for those of us who love salty ice cream. This ice cream will taste way better than any dessert you will find in the market. Add some chopped nuts and chocolate chips and serve with a freshly cut banana for a mouthwatering ice cream sundae.

Salty Caramel Ice Cream
Ingredients for Salty Caramel Ice Cream:
Greek Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Maple syrup - 2 tbsp. (Canadian)
Bananas - 1 (frozen)
Frozen milk cubes - 10 (use an ice tray to freeze them overnight)
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Dates - 6 (pitted)
Method of preparing the Salty Caramel Ice Cream:
  1. In a food processor, blend the yogurt, maple syrup, banana, and milk cubes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the salt and dates and blend again until the mixture is consistent. Serve immediately or freeze for 4 hours.
