Raw Fruit Pizza

This is probably the easiest dessert pizza you can make.  And itโ€™s filled with fresh fruits. So, not only is it delicious, and simple to make, it's also super healthy. Have it early in the morning for breakfast or serve it as a quick snack to your kids in the afternoon during a hot summer day.

Ingredients for Raw Fruit Pizza:
Watermelon - 1 medium
Banana - 1
Blueberries - a handful
Goji berries - 1 tbsp.
Fresh mint leaves - 1 tbsp.
Coconut flakes - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparing the Raw Fruit Pizza:
  1. Slice a large round from the watermelon. Lay onto a cutting board and add toppings.
  2. Slice as you would a pizza.
