There is an infinity of chocolate ball varieties. Some are the plain ones, rolled in coconut flakes or sprinkles, some are the gourmet ones, the classic truffles rolled in cocoa powder, but some... are in their own category. Such are the marshmallow core truffles.

Combine the cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, salt and marshmallow fluff.

Make small balls of the dough and place them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze 15 minutes.

Melt the chocolate, dip the balls, garnish with salt and chill in the fridge another 20 minutes before serving.
