Ingredients for jello shots:
Method of preparing the jello shots:
-
Mix the blueberry jello with 1 cup boiled water and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
-
Then mix in 1 cup cold water. Pour into cups, refrigerating until it sets. To achieve the angled effect, store the cups in an egg carton, slightly tilted.
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chilled milk with gelatin. Let set for a minute, then melt in the microwave 30 seconds.
-
Add in the condensed milk, vanilla extract, whipping cream and sour cream.
-
Quickly pour the mixture over the set blue jello, and put back in the fridge. This time, the cups should stand up straight. Let set another 2 hours.
-
Mix the strawberry jello with 1 cup boiling water, adding blended strawberries. Pour this over the white jello layer, and refrigerate.
-
Let set for 2 hours, garnish with a frozen raspberry and serve.
