Method of preparing the bounties:

In a bowl, mix the coconut flakes, cream and maple syrup. Add the coconut oil, the vanilla and 3 1/2 tbsp crushed frozen strawberries.

Line a square baking dish. Knead the coconut dough to make 9 equally sized fingers. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate. Dip the coconut sausages in the chocolate and chill in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Garnish with the rest of the frozen strawberries and some coconut flakes and serve.
