Method of preparing the Fudge Popsicles:

Melt the chocolate chips over low flame. Add the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder, milk and salt and raise heat to medium.

Cook for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat, add butter and vanilla and stir.

Pour it into the popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 6 hours more.
Chef's Tip:
Put in the fridge for a couple of hours before freezing. The crystals will be way smaller and the popsicles will be smoother.
