Coconut Tres Leches Hot Chocolate: doesn't the name alone make your mouth water? If you rarely find time for hot chocolate in the morning, believe me - you will now! It's creamy, it's frothy, it's chocolaty, and is tasty, tasty, tasty. And it takes hardly any time to make!

Ingredients for hot chocolate:
Milk - 2 cups (any milk will do)
Coconut milk - 1 (14-ounce) can (light or regular)
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp.
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp.
Whipped cream - to taste (optional)
Chocolate shavings - to taste (optional)
Method of preparing the hot chocolate:
  1. Pour milk, coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan, and whisk well to combine. Place mixture on medium-low heat and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally so that it doesn't scorch at the bottom of the pan.
  2. Once it simmers, add the cocoa powder and whisk until smooth. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
  3. Serve the hot chocolate topped with some optional sweetened whipped cream, chocolate shavings, marshmallows, or any other topping of your choice.
