Method of preparing the cobbler:

Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, add the yeast to the water and mix until fully combined.

In a medium bowl, mix oats, butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts.

Spread the dough in the baking pan, and prick the dough all over so it won’t bubble up when baking.

Spread the canned cherry pie filling on top of the dough, followed by the topping. Bake for 7-8 minutes in the middle rack of your oven.
