Method of preparing the Blood Orange & Coconut Cream Popsicles:
Add 3 tablespoons maple syrup to one cup of coconut milk.
Pour the sweetened milk into the popsicle mold filling it 1/3 of the way. Add sliced strawberries.
Place the sticks in the mixture. Freeze for an hour. Mix the lime and orange juice and fill the popsicle mold until it is 2/3 full. Freeze for an hour.
Pour the unsweetened coconut milk into the remaining 1/3 of the popsicle mold and freeze for another 2 hours.
