Ingredients for Beet It Up Juice:
Beets - 3
Carrots - 3
Ginger - 1-inch piece (fresh)
Celery - 3 stalks
Method of preparing the Beet It Up Juice:
  1. Put all ingredients into your juicer and blend. Serve chilled.
Chef's Tip:
Add some honey and pour the drink into popsicle molds to enjoy as a sweet summer treat!
