Ingredients for Avocado Smoothie:
Avocado - 1 ripe (cubed)
Bananas - 2 (frozen, chopped)
Milk - 14 oz (or vegan milk)
Method of preparing the Avocado Smoothie:
  1. Place the avocado and bananas in the blender, and add milk.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. You can use more or less milk to get the consistency you prefer.
Chef's Tip:
For a vegan option, opt for vegan milk. You can also pour the drink into popsicle molds and enjoy as a cold treat.
