A chocolate mousse made entirely out of chocolate. This one is quick, cheap, and easy. So much so, that we think you can manage it even with the guests at the door! The truth is that even calling this dessert "3 ingredient chocolate mousse" is too much, because we all have 2 of them at home, and they happen to be free for the most part!
Method of preparing the mousse:
-
Bring the water to a boil. Add the chocolate and mix until you have a creamy texture.
-
In a separate large bowl, place the ice cubes. Pout the chocolate into a smaller bowl, and place that in the ice so that it chills the chocolate.
-
Mix the chocolate for 2-3 minutes until it becomes a mousse. You can use a whisk. Serve cold!
Chef's Tip:
For this recipe, dark chocolate with at least 60% cocoa would be best. You can garnish with mint to compliment the taste.
