In a small bowl, combine the honey and cream cheese, and mix well.
Spread the bottom of the toast with the cream cheese and honey mixture, leaving a V-shape on the top. Fill in the rest of the toast with Nutella.
Place two banana slices in the middle of each piece of toast for the eyes. See the picture for a reference.
Place one blueberry in the center of each banana slice, and another one at the bottom center for the nose. Finish by putting a strawberry slice on both top corners of the toast to create the ears.
Repeat the same steps with the rest of the toast slices.
