Delicious Buffalo Chicken Wings

When it comes to food, we all have our own favorite guilty pleasures. But few things can compare to a delicious plate of well-marinated chicken wings. Thanks to the slow cooking process, the wings will absorb all the sauce and the meat will fall right off the bone.

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wings:
Cornstarch - 1 1/2 tbsp.
Hot sauce - 1 cup (your choice)
Honey - 3 tbsp.
Garlic - 4 cloves (minced)
Unsalted butter - 5 tbsp. (cubed)
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparing the Buffalo Chicken Wings:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Pour into a slow cooker and add the hot sauce, honey, garlic, and butter. Stir.
  2. Add the drumsticks, season well with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  3. Cook on high for about 3 hours. If all the chicken is about fall-off-the-bone tender, serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing. 
Chef's Tip:
Crispiness boost: after slow cooking, broil the wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, for 15 minutes at 300°F.
