One Pan Balsamic Fried Chicken

Looking for an easy dinner to whip up that’s also healthy and delicious? Try this easy one-pan balsamic chicken that comes together quickly and tastes delicious! You probably already have all the ingredients waiting around the kitchen.

Difficulty Level: Low
Ingredients for one pan chicken:
Green beans - 12 oz.
Salt and Pepper - as needed
Italian dressing - 1/4 cup (alternative: chicken broth)
Honey - 2 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar - 3 tbsp.
Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup (halved)
Method of preparing the one pan chicken:
  1. In a large flat pan over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms. After they soften, add the beans. Once fully cooked remove from heat.
  2. In a separate non-stick pan, cook the chicken. Add some oil if needed. Season, cook well and remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, simmer the Italian dressing with the honey and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Add the beans, mushrooms and chicken to the simmering sauce and mix. Add the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Cook for another minute or two and serve before the tomatoes soften.
