In a large flat pan over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms. After they soften, add the beans. Once fully cooked remove from heat.

In a separate non-stick pan, cook the chicken. Add some oil if needed. Season, cook well and remove from the pan.

In the same pan, simmer the Italian dressing with the honey and balsamic vinegar.

Add the beans, mushrooms and chicken to the simmering sauce and mix. Add the cherry tomatoes.

Cook for another minute or two and serve before the tomatoes soften.
